Pre-heat oven to 200C. Peel the turnips, cube and place in a bowl. Drizzle with Olive oil (or other preferred oil / fat), and a good pinch of salt. Toss to coat, then place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking tray. Roast for approx 20-30 minutes, turning half way through. A delicious way to enjoy turnips!
