Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk of choice e.g. rice, soy, nut, cow
Pinch salt
Optional: 1 tbsp melted coconut oil / cacoa butter

Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Eat straight away or chill for 1/2 hour in the fridge. Eat as is or top with berries / chopped banana / nuts etc
