I Said Bread's take on a granary loaf using stoneground white flour with a touch of rye. They add toasted flakes of wheat, rye, and barley to give the loaf extra body, texture, and flavour. This loaf is made using a sourdough culture, which makes it easier to digest and enhances the natural flavour of the grains.
The quality of the produce is fantastic, far better than anything we have previously bought from supermarkets. We love the variety in the veg bags, including being able to try new things.
